A pioneer in creative arts and alternative programs for children, Althea has helped to build many successful programs. Her qualifications and experience include:
    • Founder and director, alternative school for 17 years. University of Southern California Summer Children's Art Program, teacher & director for 16 yrs.  Instructor of graduate classes in giftedness, creativity and arts in the child's life, University of Southern California and Portland State University.
