2-Tiered Tuition:  Choose the rate that fits

Part of Willowbrook’s philosophy is to keep camp costs low in order to allow more families to enjoy the benefits of a summer arts camp experience. However, the SUBSIDIZED TUITION RATE DOESN’T COVER THE CAMP'S TRUE COST.

Please consider paying the standard rate of tuition to ensure that Willowbrook remains healthy and able to offer quality programming for as many children as possible.

The rate you choose when you register will be locked in for the summer.

Please consider making a donation when you register (see Can You Help?).

2011 Summer Tuition Rates

* Weekly rates are good for 5 consecutive days in the same week only.

Family discount for 2 or more children in your immediate family:  5% off tuition only.

Annual registration fee per child ... $20
Maximum registration fee per family ... $50

The registration fee and tuition for your child's first week of attendance must be paid when you register, and must accompany your registration form.

All tuition payments are due prior to day of attendance.

A $20 processing fee will be added for late payments.

2011 Specials

New Camper Special

Register a new camper for at least one full week of full days at the Standard Tuition rate and get an additional week for $95 (1/2 price)!

To receive the discount, register and submit tuition payment for your full week(s), plus $95 for the discounted week and registration fee by May 1st.

Returning Camper Special

Register a returning camper for at least one full week of full days at the Standard Tuition rate and match or exceed your child’s 2010 attendance to qualify for an additional full week for $95 (1/2 price)!

Example: A camper attended 1 full week of full days plus 2 full days in 2010. Attendance in 2011 must be 1 full week of full days plus 2 full days at the Standard Tuition rate to receive an additional full week for $95.

To receive the discount, register and submit tuition payment for your matching attendance plus $95 for the discounted week and registration fee by May 1st.

6 Week Package

Register and pay by May 1st for only $1,045 tuition!

Registration

There are 3 ways to register:

1. Pre-registration by mail (include tuition & registration fees)
   
   Mail completed and signed copies of the registration and medical form to Willowbrook at least 1 week before attending.
   
   You can pay either by mail (include your payment with the registration and medical forms) or online.  Online payments are only available for registration of 1 or more weeks. See below for online payment.
2. On site weekend registration dates: Pay with cash or check on site
   
   12 - 4 pm, Sunday June 27; Saturday July 3; Sunday July 11, 18, 25; and Aug. 1
3. On site weekday registration: Pay with cash or check on site
   
   10 am to 2 pm, Monday - Friday.  Parking on-site is allowed only at this time.

Note:

1. Please be specific about dates of attendance.
2. Squirrels Nest (age 3 & 4 ) fills at times.  Add-on days are on a space-available basis only.  Call to schedule.
3. Call if you need confirmation that we have received your registration.

To pay for multiple items in one transaction:

1. Select an item and click on the "Add to Cart" button.  This will take you to PayPal.
2. On the PayPal page, click on the "continue shopping" button.  You will be taken back to this page.
3. Select your next item, and again click on "Add to Cart".  Continue with this process until you have selected all of the items you want.
4. When you are done, if you are on the PayPal page, click the "Checkout" button.  If you are on this page, click on the "View Cart" button on the top right side of the page.  This will take you to PayPal, where you can complete your transaction.

Financial Assistance

Willowbrook offers financial aid to enable children to participate in art experiences.  The yearly summer Auction provides the funds for this purpose.

• Financial Aid application forms are required, and are available by request by calling 503-691-6132.
• The Financial Aid application deadline for the summer 2011 session is June 1.
• A maximum of 2 weeks of aid is given upon review and acceptance.
