Tuition Policy: It is Willowbrook's policy to set tuition to be as reasonable as possible consistent with reasonable compensation to our staff, covering costs, and maintaining the viability of Willowbrook as an organization.

Refunds: NO REFUNDS for pre-registration or unattended days. Because you are allowed to pay day by day before your child's attendance, we recommend you pay-as-you-go if you are unsure of future attendance.

Donations: All donations are appreciated, as we are a non-profit organization. Donations are tax deductible.

Below, you will find detailed information about registration procedures, tuition, fees, and important dates.

Registration Prepaid tuition is required for your child’s first full or partial week of attendance in addition to the registration fee when you register. These must accompany your registration form. 1. By mail (include tuition & reg. fees) Must be mailed at least 1 week before attending. 2. On site, Sunday Registration Dates 12 noon - 4 p.m. June 29th, July 6 th, 13th, 20rd, 27th , and Aug 3rd 3. On site, Weekdays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Mon. - Fri. Parking on-site is allowed only at this time. Notes: • Please be specific about dates of attendance for your child. • At times, Squirrels Nest (age 3 & 4 ) is full, so please check at registration desk to be sure of space availability before registering or adding days, once the program starts. NO REGISTRATION IS ALLOWED AT DROP-OFF & PICK-UP TIMES. YOU MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED TO ATTEND. DO NOT DROP OFF ANY CHILD WITHOUT PRE-REGISTERING.

Tuition Tuition must be pre-paid. No refunds for pre-registration or unattended days. $15 charge on any returned check. Costs 1 week, full days - $160     ($128 4th of July Week) 1 week, half days $80     ($64 4th of July Week) 1 full day $34 1 half day $17 5% family discount for 2 or more children (off tuition only) Yearly registration fee, per child $20 (Maximum registration fee per family $50) This fee is your reservation deposit, and must accompany your registration form. Special Package Offer: Purchase the entire 6 week full day program for only $870 (a savings of $58), or $826.50 with the 5% family discount.
