Interested in learning more about joining the Willowbrook board?
The expectations of board members are:

Attend the monthly board meeting

Volunteer to support work outside of meetings

Advocate for Willowbrook and engage others who can benefit the organization

Act in the best interest of Willowbrook at all times

Actively engage in planning processes to ensure the future of Willowbrook is secure and foreseeable risks are being avoided

Be an active steward of Willowbrook's vision, mission, fiscal health, and staff

Strive to be aware of laws and regulations for non-profit organizations and ensure that Willowbrook is observing them

Your knowledge of Willowbrook Arts Camp and any relationship you have with Willowbrook, describing the nature and duration of the relationship.

Skills and experience you have in board service or non-profit leadership.

Why you want to serve on the Willowbrook Board of Directors.
The following criteria will be considered for all applications:

Ability to meet the current skills needs/gaps on the Willowbrook Board.​

Diversity (we seek to have individuals representing a broad spectrum of demographic and philosophical differences serving on the board) and current board openings.
If an application meets current needs and criteria, the candidate(s) will be invited to meet with the Board of Directors to introduce themselves. Following this discussion, the board will vote on the addition of the individual as a board member.
